We're looking for a
results-driven Digital Ads Specialist
who can manage end-to-end ad campaigns across
Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, TikTok
platforms for our U.S.-based clients, mainly in the healthcare space.

What You'll Do:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms.
  • Manage ad budgets effectively to generate quality leads with a strong ROI.
  • Implement conversion tracking, call tracking, and retargeting strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Meta Business Suite to derive actionable insights.
  • Set up UTM parameters and deep links to ensure accurate attribution and reporting.
  • Work closely with the content and design team to guide ad creatives.
  • Coordinate with operations and sales teams for lead nurturing and feedback.
  • Maintain ad performance dashboards and share weekly/monthly reports.
  • Stay updated with algorithm changes and industry best practices.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–6 years of proven experience in running and managing ad campaigns on
    Google Ads (Search, Performance Max)
    and
    Meta Ads (Leads, Engagement, Retargeting)
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    conversion tracking, GCLID, pixels, and lead attribution.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager.
  • Proficiency with reporting tools like
    Looker Studio, Google Sheets,
    and CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to translate data into clear strategy.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take ownership.
  • Prior experience with
    healthcare or service-based businesses
    is a plus.
