Role Summary

We are hiring a data-driven, creative Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, run, and optimize multi-channel paid and organic campaigns, focused on B2B lead generation and growing our digital presence across the GCC/Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) to improve lead quality, reduce CPA, and maximize ROI/ROAS
  • Monitor performance (CTR, CPA, conversions), run A/B tests (creatives, landing pages, targeting), and ensure campaign quality control
  • Track and report KPIs using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business tools, and CRM dashboards; provide actionable insights to management
  • Manage lead flow and CRM integration for smooth handoff to sales; run email/SMS/WhatsApp nurturing campaigns and automation workflows
  • Drive SEO (technical + content), keyword research, competitor analysis, and website traffic growth
  • Manage website updates, hosting, and company email accounts; coordinate with developers as needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (preferably recruitment/healthcare)
  • Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Proficient in GA4, Tag Manager, reporting/analytics, and conversion tracking
  • Experience with CRM workflows/automation, lead pipelines, and attribution reporting
  • SEO + website management experience required
  • Strong English communication and copywriting skills
  • Basic design/content skills and portfolio are a plus
  • Knowledge of Dubai recruitment market and targeting international healthcare candidates
