We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager specializing in Google Ads to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Cochin, Ernakulam, with a requirement of 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing with a specific focus on Google Ads management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have at least 1-3 years of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns to optimize performance effectively. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficient in conducting comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Ability to craft effective and engaging ad copy that aligns with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
  • Strong skills in conversion rate optimization to improve campaign efficiency and achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Expert in analytics and reporting, capable of deriving insights and making data-driven decisions to enhance campaign performance.
  • Experience in budget management to allocate resources efficiently while maximizing return on investment.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies to test hypotheses and improve ad performance continuously.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices to complement paid search efforts and drive comprehensive digital marketing strategies.

  • Monitor campaign performance consistently and make recommendations for improvements based on actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SEO strategies with PPC efforts for holistic digital marketing approaches.
  • Perform A/B testing to explore new tactics and optimize existing strategies for enhanced campaign outcomes.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive analytics reports to stakeholders to facilitate informed strategic decisions.
