Role & responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to the Founder who will provide strategic, administrative, and operational support. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Calendar & Meeting Management:
- Manage the Founders calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Plan and prioritize engagements, ensuring efficient time management.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
2. Communication & Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and manage emails, reports, presentations, and other communications.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
3. Strategic & Operational Support:
- Assist in research, data analysis, and presentation creation for key business initiatives.
- Support in tracking company objectives, OKRs, and strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination for smooth business operations.
4. Travel & Event Management:
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including accommodations, itineraries, and logistics.
- Assist in organizing corporate events, conferences, and networking engagements.
5. Project & Task Management:
- Oversee key projects assigned by the Founder and ensure timely execution.
- Maintain project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure accountability.
6. Personal Assistance (If Required):
- Manage personal tasks, appointments, and other assignments as needed.
Preferred candidate profile
- 1-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Google Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle sensitive information, and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
