As a Regional Sales Engineer, you are the frontline ambassador for Dopag India—your work directly fuels our growth and strengthens our position as a trusted partner in the automation industry. Your success will not only boost sales but also enhance our market presence across World.
Responsibilities
- Be complete in-charge of assigned regions for business development & Service Activity.
- Make regular contact with key accounts to keep track of new requirements and maximize/ increase DIPL Business from Key Accounts.
- Showcase and build compelling presentations and actively engage in prospecting
- Actively participation in market coverage in closely contact with all BDM's
- Collect all necessary technical inputs data and ensure the information is readily workable by application engineering team.
- Effectively handling the CRM tool for better sales / customer data process.
- To negotiate and finalize all orders with all terms and conditions favourable with DIPL terms.
- Implementation of strategic sales functionalities for effective sales growth YoY.
- Sales process ownership with delegation and team managing for better market capture and to increase sales volume.
- Excellency in communication and presentation. Computer knowledge with MS Office Tools
- Project sales technique with inter communications with stake holders.
- Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
- Sales Data Analysis with accurate forecast from the sales data.
Qualifications
· Knowledge of Sales Process - Sales Lead Generation to execution of projects, including payment materialization.
· Strong Commuination & Presentation Skill with excellency in powerpoint and excel.
· Customer relationship management
Experience Expectation
· Years of Industrial Technological Products selling skill with process automation Knowledge with Industrial Rotary equipment knowledge. Similar industry experience will be added advantage.
· Education – BE Mechanical/Diploma Mechanical/Mechatronics
· Location – Pune, Delhi, Chennai, Gurgaon
Industry:
market segments, Automotive/ Wind Renewable/ Packaging/ White Goods Industry would be advantages.
