Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Regional Sales Head. The Regional Sales Head will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing regional sales teams, developing sales strategies to achieve targets, building and maintaining relationships with key accounts, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and driving overall sales performance within the assigned region.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and sales performance
- Experience in account management and building relationships with key clients
- Proven expertise in sales and implementing effective sales strategies
- Team management and sales management skills to lead and motivate regional sales teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the fitness industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
