Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Business Head/Regional Sales Head-South Region. The individual in this role will be responsible for formulating and executing regional sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, managing client relationships, and leading a sales team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, forecasting sales, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales strategy formulation, client relationship management, and team leadership
- Excellent skills in business development, market analysis, and identifying new opportunities
- Strong understanding of cloud computing services and technologies
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Experience in the technology consulting or training industry is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset
