Position Overview:

We are looking for Regional Sales Managers
with a proven track record in setting up and managing distribution networks. The ideal candidates will play a pivotal role in driving regional sales growth, expanding market penetration, and positioning our brand as a strong player in the wristwatch category.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and develop a robust
    distribution and retail network
    across the assigned region.
  • Expand brand penetration
    and visibility in target markets through strategic channel development.
  • Achieve sales targets
    and ensure consistent business growth month-on-month.
  • Continuously monitor market trends
    , competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Provide regular
    market intelligence and feedback
    to management for product and marketing improvements.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and trade partners.
  • Drive
    promotional and merchandising initiatives
    to enhance brand recall and shelf presence.
  • Lead and motivate the regional sales team towards achieving performance benchmarks.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • 8–10 years of experience
    in regional sales, preferably in consumer durables, lifestyle products, or fashion accessories.
  • Proven expertise in
    setting up distribution networks
    and developing new markets.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Passionate about brand-building and retail execution excellence.
