Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within the assigned region, build and maintain client relationships, develop sales strategies, and identify new business opportunities. Daily responsibilities include managing and mentoring the sales team, preparing and presenting sales reports, monitoring market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with marketing and operations teams to support business objectives will also be a key part of the role.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven skills in sales strategy development, client relationship management, and driving revenue growth.
- 12+ years of experience
in sales, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role. - Experience in mentoring and managing sales teams to achieve objectives.
- Knowledge of industrial equipment markets and familiarity with valves, seals, or related products.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills for monitoring market trends and preparing sales reports.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and availability for frequent travel as needed.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales software, and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
