Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales operations and business development for our extensive range of Technical Adhesive Tapes, Laminates, and Die-Cuts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth, managing customer relationships, and expanding the market in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage key accounts.
- Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and coordinate with the internal team for product development and delivery.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in adhesive tapes or related technical products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and in the field for client visits.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹700, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
