Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing sales strategies. The role involves managing and mentoring a sales team, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Regional Sales Manager will also coordinate with other departments to align sales strategies with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management, including strategic planning and team leadership
  • Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and Customer Service
  • Market Analysis and Business Development experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of AI tools for sales, waste management and environmental sustainability is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
