Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in bangalore , chennai and Hyderabad region.Responsibilities include leading sales strategies, conducting market research, coordinating with internal teams for order fulfillment, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves extensive travel within the assigned region to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, with a focus on commercial furniture or related industries
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and market research skills
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in managing a sales team is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
