Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional growth and business objectives.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals with major OEMs, distributors, and traders.
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales team across the South Region.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics; recommend and execute improvement plans.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with customers' needs and expectations.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Expand and manage the client database within the assigned region.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, accounts, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 - 8 years of experience in the Laminate, Plywood, or Particle Board industry.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development in the building materials sector.
  • Strong network with OEMs, architects, interior designers, and traders in South India.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Proficiency in market analysis, forecasting, and territory management.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the South Region.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
