Role Overview:
The Regional Manager South (Core Sales) will be responsible for leading and scaling business operations across the Southern region. This is a strategic and leadership-driven role focused on driving B2B sales, revenue growth, and regional market expansion in collaboration with developers and brokers, particularly across Category B & C markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute quarterly and annual sales strategies to achieve regional business targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Account Managers.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with developers, brokers, and key industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, and Operations) to provide regional insights and drive business outcomes.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify emerging opportunities.
- Identify and develop new revenue streams leveraging the companys comprehensive product portfolio.
- Foster a culture of integrity, performance, and continuous improvement within the regional team.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 1216 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales, preferably in the real estate or related industries.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Established network within the real estate and financial sectors.
- Demonstrated success in managing a monthly B2B sales portfolio of 6 crore or more.
- Customer-centric, strategic thinker with a result-oriented approach.
