Role: Lead Presales - Power Platform
Job Responsibilities:
- Presentation of Power Platform capabilities and solutions to potential clients
- Develop and architect technical solutions that align with the customer's needs, leveraging the company's products and services. Working with clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for automation using Power Automate.
- Developing and presenting solution proposals that leverage Power Automate to address client requirements.
- Creating compelling pre-sales documentation, including presentations, proposals, and solution designs.
- Must have up-to-date knowledge of Power Automate and related Microsoft technologies (e.g., Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams)
- Client communication - Addressing Clients questions and concerns, building confidence in Power Automate's capabilities
- Preparing user guides, FAQs, and case studies, presales support professionals create resources for sales teams
Required Skills and Experience:
- Candidate must have 5+ years of experience into Presales with deep understanding of Power Platform features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Familiarity with the broader Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power BI), SharePoint, Teams, Azure Active Directory & databases (SQL)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Must be able to deliver engaging and informative presentations to showcase the value of Power Automate.
- Should be familiar with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
