Job description-

The Presales Solutions Lead will drive strategic deal solutioning and bid management for medium to large IT services deals in the Manufacturing vertical. This role requires deep domain expertise, strong solution design capabilities, and the ability to collaborate across service lines to craft winning proposals and value propositions.

Key Responsibilities

Presales & Deal Solutioning

  • Lead end-to-end presales activities including RFX analysis (RFP, RFQ, RFI), solution design, and proposal development.

    • Own and manage medium to large deal responses across service lines such as AD, AMS, ITO, and multi-tower engagements.

    • Develop solution themes, structure solution narratives, and construct value propositions aligned with client needs.

    • Collaborate with internal teams (technology, finance, legal, service lines) to shape and validate solutions.

Bid Management

  • Author and manage responses for multi-service line deals.

    • Drive bid lifecycle including reviews, approvals, and pricing strategies.

    • Present solutions and value propositions to clients and participate in bid defenses.

Client Engagement & Strategy

  • Engage with clients to understand business challenges and propose scalable IT solutions.

    • Support proactive deal creation and campaign-based lead generation with marketing teams.

    • Build capability presentations tailored to manufacturing sub-segments and service offerings.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Proven track record in winning medium to large IT services deals.

    • Strong understanding of manufacturing industry processes and IT transformation needs.
