Commis Chef – Cloud Kitchen

Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad.

Experience Required: 2–3 years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes across multiple cuisines.
  • Follow standardized recipes and portion sizes to maintain consistency.
  • Ensure timely preparation of orders in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.
  • Assist senior chefs in daily operations, mise en place, and stock management.
  • Support in receiving and proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
  • Uphold kitchen SOPs and contribute to process improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Commis Chef in a professional kitchen (cloud kitchen/QSR/restaurant experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of basic cooking techniques, ingredients, and multi-cuisine food preparation.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Understanding of food safety, hygiene practices, and FSSAI standards.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and peak hours.
