Hiring for E-Learning Developer Full-Time

Location- Mumbai

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled "E-Learning Developer" to join our team in "Mumbai". In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and developing engaging, interactive e-learning content that enhances learner engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop interactive and visually appealing e-learning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline.

2. Collaborate with Instructional Designers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate learning objectives into digital training.

3. Design and create multimedia elements including animations, graphics, audio, and video using tools like Adobe Creative Suite.

4. Ensure all e-learning content is compliant with SCORM, xAPI, or other LMS standards.

5. Optimize training for mobile and responsive delivery across multiple platforms.

6. Update and maintain existing courses based on feedback and evolving business needs.

7. Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in e-learning technologies and instructional design.

Required Qualifications:

1. Hands-on experience in e-learning development and instructional design.

2. Proficiency in multimedia tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, MS PowerPoint

3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.

4. Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning standards.
