Learning & Development Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Learning & Development Executive to join our team at Marriott Executive Apartments. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in learning and development.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote continuous learning and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted programs.
- Design and deliver engaging and interactive learning materials and content.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and recommend improvements.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to analyze training needs and develop effective solutions.
- Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
