Job Role: Business Development Executive

We are looking for dynamic, passionate, and target-oriented female professionals to join our Business Development team.

Important: This is a field-intensive role. Candidates must be comfortable with frequent field visits, school outreach, and client meetings. If you love being on the ground, interacting with stakeholders, and creating real impact, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular field visits to schools, corporate, NGOs, and potential clients for business generation
  • Engage with stakeholders face-to-face to build strong, long-term relationships
  • Identify and secure CSR funding opportunities with corporate and institutions
  • Develop and deliver impact proposals, pitches, and presentations
  • Maintain CRM data, generate MIS reports, and track performance metrics
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and outreach goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution

Candidate Profile

  • Education: Graduate / BSW / MSW / MBA / PGDM (CSR/Fundraising/Education sector exposure preferred)
  • Experience: 1–6 years in Business Development / CSR Fundraising / Institutional Sales
  • Strong passion for field engagement and building networks
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in CRM tools & MS Office
  • Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork (mandatory)
  • Must have own laptop
  • Only female candidates will be considered
