Job Description :
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conducting thorough market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitors.
- Analyzing data to understand customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviors within the agricultural sector.
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identifying and prospecting potential clients, including farmers, agricultural cooperatives, distributors, and agribusinesses.
- Generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, industry conferences, and online research.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Creating compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our agricultural solutions and services.
- Effectively communicating the value proposition of our offerings and addressing customer needs and pain points.
Relationship Building and Customer Engagement:
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Conducting regular client visits and engaging in meaningful conversations to understand their evolving requirements.
Sales Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure new business opportunities.
- Closing sales deals and achieving revenue targets within assigned territories or market segments.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborating with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Providing feedback from the field to contribute to the enhancement of products, services, and sales strategies.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progression using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Generating regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities for management review.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
