AV Business Development Manager (BDM)
- Generating new business, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales growth
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identifying new business opportunities, staying updated on industry trends, and understanding competitor activities.
- Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of AV products and services, and providing training to customers
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve company targets, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- identifying and qualifying potential customers, generating leads through various channels, and managing the sales pipeline.
- Effectively negotiating terms and closing deals, ensuring profitable outcomes for the company.
- Focusing on retaining existing clients as a strategy to drive sales growth, through personalized interactions and proactive issue resolution
- Making sure timely payments are received from the clients.
