Business Development Manager – IT & AV Solutions

We are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager to generate sales in Video Conferencing, IT Network Infrastructure, Office 365 Solutions, CCTV Systems, and FMS/Managed IT Services. The candidate should have strong industry knowledge and the ability to drive end-to-end sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business across VC, IT Networking, O365, CCTV & FMS services.
  • Build and manage a solid sales pipeline; achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Meet clients, understand requirements, present solutions, and close deals.
  • Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and internal technical teams.
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and ensure successful project handover.
  • Maintain client relationships and drive renewals/AMC/FMS contracts.

Requirements

  • 5–12 years of experience in IT/AV/UC solution sales.
  • Strong knowledge of Video Conferencing, Networking, Microsoft 365, CCTV & FMS offerings.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to generate leads independently and meet targets.
