Location: Seawoods, Navi Mumbai

Ensure compliance in expense claims & reports

Provide managers with real-time visibility to make smarter decisions

Role: Business Development Manager (Only SaaS & Software Sales candidates apply)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify & pursue new business opportunities via prospecting, networking & research

Develop and implement strategies to boost revenue & market share

Build & nurture strong relationships with stakeholders & decision-makers

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing & Product teams for aligned growth

Conduct product demos & presentations to showcase value propositions

Negotiate contracts, pricing & SLAs with support from legal & finance teams

Stay ahead of industry trends & competitor activities

Report regularly on sales performance, pipeline, and market insights

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields

Proven B2B sales / business development / account management experience (Fintech or SaaS preferred)

Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills

Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset

Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setup

Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), MS Office, and business tools

Open to travel for client meetings & industry events
