Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in Navi Mumbai, with some flexibility to work from home. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing and implementing strategies for business growth. The role will also involve market research, sales strategy execution, and negotiating contracts with potential clients. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and achieve company objectives.

Qualifications

Generate Leads/ Enquiries and meet Sales target

  • Experience in identifying business opportunities and market research
  • Skills in client relationship management and negotiation
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing business growth strategies
  • Expertise in sales strategy execution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Pharma/Science Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the process equipment technology industry is a plus
