Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located at CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized solar solutions. The role also involves market research and analysis, attending industry events, and providing regular reports on business development activities.
Qualifications
- Business Development and Sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and sales strategy development
- Market Research and Analysis skills, including proficiency in understanding market trends and competitor analysis
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills, Excellent in
Marathi (Read,Write and Spoken) - Project Management skills, including the ability to coordinate with internal teams and deliver tailored solutions to clients
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools
- Proficiency in MS Office is must, along with Google Sheet/Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
- Graduation or Post-Graduation in any stream.
Marketing, Sales or related field experience added advantage. - Knowledge of solar, renewable energy, or electrical industry will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and confidence are encouraged to apply.
