Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales efforts in the construction consultancy domain. Responsibilities include market research, client acquisition, developing effective sales strategies, handling client communications, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Business Development Manager will work closely with the team to meet revenue targets and grow the firm's presence in the market.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management
  • Expertise in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Opportunity Identification
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of construction materials, sourcing processes, and supplier networks is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
