Role Description

This is a full-time on site role for a Business Development Manager based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves identifying and fostering new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and creating strategies to drive business growth. Responsibilities include developing sales pitches, negotiating contracts, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and the achievement of revenue goals. The Business Development Manager will also ensure alignment with organizational objectives and actively contribute to strategic plans.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development skills, including negotiation, client relationship management, and networking
  • Proficiency in market research, analysis, and identifying trends
  • Strategic planning and execution capabilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing office-based and remote tasks effectively
  • Experience in the automobile is a must with additional consumer durables, or electronics industries is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; MBA preferred
