Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, allowing for a combination of on-site and remote work. As a Business Development Partner, you will be responsible for driving business opportunities, managing projects, networking with key stakeholders, and contributing to strategic initiatives for global projects. Additional tasks include identifying potential partnerships, crafting proposals, providing consultation services to clients, and assisting with leadership development training programs.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Leadership Development and the ability to train and inspire teams.
  • Proven skills in Project Management and the ability to successfully organize, plan, and execute initiatives.
  • Experience in Consulting and Sales, with a focus on providing actionable recommendations and fostering client relationships.
  • Strong strategic thinking and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Background in global projects, business development, or related fields is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or a similar discipline is preferred.
