Job Title: Technology Business Partner

Job Description: We are seeking a strategic and innovative Technology Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor and primary IT point of contact for business leaders. This role involves promoting IT services and capabilities, aligning technology solutions with business objectives, and driving digital transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibility:

1. Develop and implement strategic technology initiatives to align with business goals and enhance organizational performance.

2. Manage financial resources effectively to ensure technology projects are delivered within budget and maximize ROI.

3. Engage with senior leadership to provide strategic insights and recommendations, enhancing customer satisfaction and business alignment.

4. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects to ensure process efficiency and quality standards.

5. Lead and manage a high-performing technology team to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

6. Champion digital transformation efforts to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

7. Collaborate with executive stakeholders to develop business cases for technology opportunities, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

8. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and trust.

9. Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders to keep them informed of key developments and progress.

10. Promote the adoption of global platforms and provide feedback for enhancements to meet local requirements.

11. Ensure compliance with local data security and privacy regulations to mitigate risks and maintain operational integrity.

12. Support and participate in audits to evaluate the adequacy of controls for technology systems and processes.

Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in IT/business alignment roles, such as IT Business Partner or Senior IT Leader, with a strong background in delivering large-scale technology projects.
