Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Business Partner located in Mumbai. Responsibilities include providing HR support to business units, fostering a strong organizational culture, managing talent acquisition and employee relations, and implementing HR strategies to align with business objectives. The HR Business Partner will collaborate with leadership teams, drive performance management initiatives, and support employee development while navigating workforce planning and compliance with employment regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, workforce planning, and recruitment processes
  • Expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive organizational culture
  • Proficiency in HR strategy implementation, performance management, and employee development
  • Familiarity with local labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to partner with leadership teams and influence decision-making
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; certifications such as SHRM or PHR are a plus
  • Professional experience in engineering, automation, or technology sectors is preferred
