We are urgently hiring for a Mid level and Senior Business Development, Sales positions.

Summary: The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Experience : 5 to 12 years.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads, drive lead warming activities, manage the end-to-end sales cycle till closures, and bring new clients on board.
  • Ensure effective follow-ups leading to successful deal closures.
  • Participate in events, conferences, and networking forums as required to build visibility and generate opportunities.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Intelegain's service offerings, project portfolio, and capabilities across industries and business functions.
  • Work closely with the sales and business development team to achieve revenue goals and deal closures.
  • Manage existing accounts through effective account management, including client relationship building, upselling, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within the IT services industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and map them with service offerings.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
  • Prior exposure to Microsoft, Cloud, Digital Marketing, or Software Services sales will be an advantage.
