About the Role:

Business Development Manager, where you'll be at the forefront of driving growth, expanding our market reach, and building powerful partnerships in the fintech space. If you're passionate about sales strategy, client relationships, and closing deals — this is your chance to make an impact

Key Responsibilities:

Identify & pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and market outreach

Build and nurture strong client and partner relationships

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals

Conduct presentations & product demos to highlight BizPay's solutions

Negotiate deals, finalize contracts, and drive revenue growth

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)

Proven track record in B2B Sales / Business Development / Account Management (preferably in Fintech or SaaS)

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset

Proficient in CRM tools (like Salesforce) and MS Office

Willing to travel for meetings and events
