Lead business development and sales initiatives for Viaantes BPO services across the UK, Europe, and Middle East. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for launching new markets, identifying strategic growth opportunities, and building a robust and sustainable sales pipeline.

Work Culture: Monday to Friday

Shift Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (UK/Europe Shift)

Location: Andheri ( Chakala)

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Design and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals and market dynamics
  • Analyze market trends to identify new customer segments and revenue opportunities
  • Develop forecasting models to support strategic planning and performance tracking

Team Leadership & Development

  • Build and nurture a high-performing sales team focused on talent acquisition and retention
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and regular performance feedback
  • Set clear targets and monitor team progress to ensure goal achievement
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven sales culture

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Identify and qualify new leads through research, networking, and outreach
  • Deliver impactful presentations and demos to showcase Viaantes BPO value proposition
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention

Sales Operations & Performance Monitoring

  • Implement CRM tools to track sales activities and KPIs
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize sales processes
  • Analyze data to uncover trends and inform strategic decisions
  • Design and manage incentive programs to drive team motivation

Business Development & Growth

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to launch integrated campaigns
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor movements to maintain a competitive edge.

Education Requirements

  • Minimum: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field
  • Preferred: Advanced certifications in sales strategy or international business

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of proven success in front-end business development within a BPO environment
  • Extensive experience working with UK and European markets is essential

Compensation

  • INR 20 to 25 LPA + attractive performance-based incentives
