Assist in Strategic L&D Planning: Support the Learning and Development team in formulating L&D plans that align with business objectives and compliance requirements, focusing on skill enhancement across organizational levels. Training Needs Assessment: Conducting training need analysis, Evaluate individual and organizational learning & development needs and facilitating various learning programs based on Training Diagnostic Inputs, business transformation needs, and Organization mandates. Program Management: Manage various learning and development initiatives, including nomination, participant engagement, and post-training evaluations. Ensure that programs are delivered effectively and align with strategic priorities. Coordination of Training Calendar: Assist in the development and execution of the annual training calendar and coordinate sessions with both internal and external trainers. External Vendor Liaison: Collaborate with external trainers and vendors, ensuring content is created as per organizational needs and manage relationships to uphold high standards of training delivery. Design and Create E-Learning courses, Micro learning Videos and other training contents in coordination with external agencies & internal Subject Matter Experts Design, Coordinate & Implement Online Assessments of employees through external agencies Data Management and Reporting: Compile, analyze, and prepare learning metrics to provide insights into program effectiveness. Upload and maintain training data in LMS Responsible for uploading content in with LMS & LXP (Learning Experience Platform) Excellent ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and execute programs with precision Stakeholder Relationship Management Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals, support initiatives, and ensure program success Should be well versed with L&D activities and preferably from BFSI sector Good knowledge of MS Office applications like Excel and PowerPoint Advantage to have knowledge of Learning theories & concepts, Proficiency in Canva
