We Are Hiring – Training and Quality Manager / Sr. Manager

Location: Navi Mumbai - Airoli

Process:
Outbound / Inbound - 2 positions

Experience: Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Training

Industry: BPO (Mandatory)

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Manager / Sr. Manager – Training to lead our process training and quality initiatives for customer service operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in BPO training, people management, and driving performance improvement through structured learning programs and developing strategies to increase quality efficency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage process training & quality for customer service teams for Inbound and Outbound.

Drive training effectiveness and quality through data-driven insights.

Coordinate with stakeholders / clients to identify training needs and performance gaps.

Mentor and guide trainers to ensure consistent delivery and standards.

Ensure smooth transition and nesting of new hires.

Requirements:

Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in a BPO training & quality lead role.

Strong knowledge of customer service processes inbound / Outbound.

Excellent communication and people management skills.

Immediate joiners will be given preference.
