Role & responsibilities

To drive performance management program and initiate learning and training activities in order to provide growth and development opportunities for the Employees.

Strategic Planning:

a. Develop and implement L&D strategies that align with the club's overall strategic objectives.

b. Collaborates closely with the leadership team to identify evolving training needs and align learning initiatives with strategic goals.

c. Acting to support the human factor in the Club by devising strategies for training and development etc.

d. Develop long-term learning roadmaps that support organizational transformation, innovation, and succession planning

e. Lead capability-building programs that strengthen leadership pipelines and critical competencies across departments

Learning & Skill Development:

a. Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.

b. Creating learning strategies, evaluating development needs, designing, and delivering training programs, assessing learning effectiveness

c. Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.

d. Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.

e. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs, identify skill gaps, and determine training priorities for different employee levels and departments.

f. Design and develop comprehensive learning solutions, including instructor-led training, e- learning modules, blended learning programs, job aids, and other relevant materials.

g. Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies to create engaging and interactive training content that aligns with learning objectives.

h. Developing effective induction programs and buddy program to help new employees ease into the

i. Devising employee learning plans by producing effective training modules and evaluating the

training and development of new staff and monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in Managing a Large-Scale Club or a Hotel

Creates learning and development programs and initiatives

Creating learning strategies, evaluating development needs, designing, and delivering training programs,

Develop and implement L&D strategies
