Job Title: Business Development Executive (Remote)
Company: TAPI KPO – Accounting & Outsourcing Services
Location: Work from Home (Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST, timings can be discussed)
About Us:
TAPI KPO is a growing accounting outsourcing firm specializing in bookkeeping, QuickBooks, Xero, and real estate accounting solutions. We currently serve clients primarily through freelancing platforms, and we're now looking to expand our reach beyond these channels.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to help generate new clients and grow our business outside freelancing platforms. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, building relationships and identifying opportunities for collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other professional networks.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Present TAPI KPO's services to prospective clients in a clear and compelling way.
- Collaborate with the internal team to understand client needs and tailor proposals accordingly.
- Track leads and maintain a pipeline for reporting and follow-up.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (must be confident in English).
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with accounting or bookkeeping services is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Comfortable working night shifts (timings can be discussed).
