Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from UK telecom customers.
  • Assist with billing issues, plan upgrades, service complaints, or connection-related queries.
  • Troubleshoot common technical problems (e.g., connectivity, device settings).
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Ensure first-call resolution and excellent customer experience.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments following defined protocols.
  • Meet performance targets (AHT, CSAT, FCR, Quality scores).
  • Follow telecom compliance and data protection (GDPR) guidelines.

  • Shifts -Rotational Shift

  • Experience in a call center or tech support environment
  • Knowledge of [your industry or product-specific knowledge

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Candidates with a B.Com, B.B.A, B.A, or any Postgraduate degree and experience in Customer Support are welcome to apply.
