Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from UK telecom customers.
- Assist with billing issues, plan upgrades, service complaints, or connection-related queries.
- Troubleshoot common technical problems (e.g., connectivity, device settings).
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Ensure first-call resolution and excellent customer experience.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments following defined protocols.
- Meet performance targets (AHT, CSAT, FCR, Quality scores).
Follow telecom compliance and data protection (GDPR) guidelines.
Shifts -Rotational Shift
- Experience in a call center or tech support environment
Knowledge of [your industry or product-specific knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidates with a B.Com, B.B.A, B.A, or any Postgraduate degree and experience in Customer Support are welcome to apply.
