Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to banking products (savings, checking, credit cards, loans, etc.) via live chat.
  • Assist with transactional support, account information, online banking issues, and fraud-related queries.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and data privacy guidelines.
  • Accurately document interactions in internal CRM and banking systems.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal departments following escalation procedures.
  • Maintain high service quality, empathy, and professionalism across all chats.
  • Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution time, CSAT, and compliance accuracy.

  • Stay updated with international banking policies, product updates, and regulatory requirements.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Candidates with a B.Com, B.B.A, B.A, or any Postgraduate degree and experience in Customer Support are welcome to apply.
