Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with international customers via live chat and voice calls (inbound/outbound).
- Resolve queries related to product/service information, technical issues, billing, or order status.
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and clarity in all customer communications.
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow up as required.
- Adhere to process workflows, scripts, and quality standards.
- Meet performance metrics including response time, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and first contact resolution (FCR).
Collaborate with other departments for escalated or complex issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidates with a B.Com, B.B.A, B.A, or any Postgraduate degree and experience in Customer Support are welcome to apply.
- Please bring the original physical copy of any of your identification documents for verification.
- B.TECH ,B.E, B.Sc, Any Post Graduation fresher are not eligible.
- Anyone who attended interview before 30 days are not eligible to attend walk-in.
