Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior International Non-Voice professional for a full-time position based in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a non-voice process, capable of handling US night shifts and possessing skills in international non-voice operations. The role is integral to our customer service team, focused on delivering exceptional support to our international clientele.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong experience in non-voice processes with expertise in handling varied customer interactions effectively.
  • Ability to work efficiently in US night shifts (Mandatory skill), ensuring availability during diverse time zones.
  • Proficiency in handling international non-voice operations, showcasing adaptability and cultural sensitivity (Mandatory skill).
  • Prior experience as a customer care executive, excelling in managing inquiries with professionalism.
  • Skilled in delivering outstanding customer support, fostering positive client relationships.
  • Competence in managing international chat interactions, ensuring prompt and informative responses.
  • Familiarity with international voice processes, effectively transitioning between communication channels.
  • Adept at enhancing customer experience, identifying and resolving customer concerns proactively.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and executing international non-voice customer support tasks efficiently.
  • Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries across different time zones, adhering to US night shifts.
  • Handle customer chats and emails, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all communications.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately to facilitate improved service delivery.
  • Address and resolve customer issues promptly, escalating complex issues when necessary.
