Job Overview

We are seeking an Executive for Technical Support (Voice and Non-Voice) to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for handling customer support through multiple channels. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively to deliver top-notch customer service.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in international voice processes to support global clientele efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills to ensure clear and effective interaction with customers.
  • Customer support experience to adeptly address inquiries and provide quick resolutions. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proven ability in troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues accurately.
  • Understanding of bpo voice operations to facilitate seamless customer interactions.
  • Ability to manage multitasking and handle both voice and non-voice support tasks.
  • Empathy and patience in dealing with customer issues to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to document and address customer concerns systematically.
