We are hiring Associates for a Non-Voice process focused on verification. The role involves backend research, data validation, and report preparation while adhering to strict quality, compliance, and turnaround time standards.

IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY

Key Responsibilities

Perform background verification related to financial and legal data

Conduct backend research using authorized databases and portals

Update case status, findings, and remarks accurately in internal systems

Identify discrepancies and escalate as per process guidelines

Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards

Meet productivity and quality

Skill Set Required

Experience or exposure to Non-Voice processes

Understanding of verification

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Good written communication skills

Comfortable working in a process-driven environment

Work Model

Shift: US Shift

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Shifts: 5 days of work and 2 days fixed week off

Eligibility

Any Graduate / Undergraduate

Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency

Compensation

Maximum Salary Offered: Upto 3.8 LPA
