Role & Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chat from global customers
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools
- Resolve product or service issues promptly and professionally
- Document customer interactions clearly in CRM systems
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Collaborate with team members to improve the customer experience
Who We're Looking For
Must-Have Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- 6 months 2 years of international BPO experience preferred (freshers with strong English may apply)
- Typing speed of 30+ WPM (for non-voice)
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends
Good to Have:
- Experience with CRM tools (Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office 2 years of international BPO experience preferred (freshers with strong English may apply)
- Typing speed of 30+ WPM (for non-voice)
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends
