Pentoz Technology is an innovation-driven IT services company specializing in web design, mobile app development, AI-powered solutions, and digital transformation. We are seeking an Upwork IT Sales Specialist with a strong background in closing IT service deals and hands-on experience in web and mobile app design projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and close deals via Upwork
  • Handle the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposal writing, client interaction, negotiation, and closure.
  • Draft customized proposals for web and mobile app development projects.
  • Build strong relationships with international clients to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams for project success and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Mandatory: 5+ years of proven experience in IT services sales & closing (Upwork / Freelancer).
  • Strong background in web design, mobile app development, and IT solutions.
  • Excellent proposal writing, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to convert leads into long-term contracts.
  • Only IT sales-experienced candidates should apply.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with 1-week notice period preferred.
