**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelance sourcing portals.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and proposing suitable IT solutions.
3. Generate leads, prospect, and qualify potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline.
4. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
5. Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
8. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, performance, and achievements.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in the IT industry.
3. Strong knowledge and understanding of Upwork and other freelance sourcing portals.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with clients.
5. Solid negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
6. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
9. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
10. Fluency in English (written and verbal).
