Job Title: Upwork Bidder (Full-Time)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Upwork Bidder who has a proven track record of winning projects and building strong client relationships on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to understand client needs, and the expertise to craft winning proposals that convert into long-term projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write effective and tailored proposals on Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.
  • Understand client requirements and pitch services accordingly.
  • Generate quality leads and convert them into successful projects.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities by actively bidding.
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client requirements are delivered successfully.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in bidding on Upwork (must show a track record of projects won).
  • Strong portfolio of past projects and client acquisitions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results under deadlines.
  • Familiarity with freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn).
