Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Upwork Bidder to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for submitting proposals, communicating with clients, and winning projects on Upwork and other platforms. This role requires excellent English communication skills, proposal writing ability, and a proactive approach to generating business opportunities.Responsibilities

  • Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork.
  • Write and submit high-quality, customized proposals.
  • Communicate with clients through Upwork chat, calls, and messages.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
  • Maintain a daily/weekly record of bids, responses, and project conversions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare project estimates when needed.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as an Upwork bidder or in freelance business development.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to write convincing and tailored proposals.
  • Familiarity with IT services like web development, mobile apps, digital marketing, ERP, or CRM.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Flexible to work at any time depending on client time zones.
