**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
- Craft tailored proposals based on client needs and project requirements.
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements.
- Maintain client relationships for repeat business.
- Stay informed about trends in online bidding and freelancing.

**Our Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience in bidding on Upwork or similar platforms.
- Proven success in winning projects and meeting targets.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create customized proposals.
- Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Strong negotiation and client rapport skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
- Not doing other work
- Having computer or laptop, good internet connection and webcam
- working Hours: 8pm to 5 am (1 hr break optional)
- Working Days: 5 Days
- **Pay**: ₹15,000.00-18,000.00
